The Search Continues for the Lost Man from Quebec

Maine Association for Search and Rescue

There is a search for the the lost man from Quebec in the near future.  FSAR members, please check D4H or your email for details. You will need to contact team president Yates if you are planning on attending. It is possible to spend the night in Millinocket the night before but you need to contact Yates ASAP to reserve a spot. 

Numbers are critical for search planning and logistics.

Next Chamberlin Search Date for FSAR Members


There is to be a search for Renald Poulin Sunday December 15 2013. There is a chance that Lt Adam can get a place to stay the night before in Millinocket to get searchers closer.

FSAR Rope Rescue Team

The FSAR Rope Rescue Team met on Wednesday. Nine members participated in a great series of discussions about all aspects of our rope rescue team. We left the meeting having elected co-team leaders, Melissa and Paul. The team decided to increase the frequency and variety of locations of our trainings.

We will next meet 1 hour before (5:30) the Jan 8 and Feb 12 FSAR meetings.

Any FSAR member is welcome to join us.
